• Non-Guarantee: Subsidy ME cannot guarantee approval, timing, or outcome of any subsidy application.
• Service Fee (If Applicable): Certain services may carry an administrative or service fee, which will be communicated upfront before any assistance is provided. Where a fee is applicable, it is not refundable irrespective of the outcome.
• Alternative Access: Clients acknowledge that subsidy applications may be accessed directly through government channels at no cost, and elect Subsidy ME for additional assistance and convenience.
• Accuracy of Information: Clients warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and correct. Any misrepresentation may impact the subsidy application outcome.
• Liability: Subsidy ME and its representatives shall not be held liable for any delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes arising from the subsidy application process.
• ECTA Compliance: In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), electronic acknowledgements, consents, and typed names provided via this platform shall constitute valid electronic signatures and carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

Subsidy ME strongly opposes “cash for keys” practices and only supports legitimate property ownership through full title deed transfers.
